International Yoga Day
Yoga originated in India over 5,000 years ago! WOW! It is STILL around and continues to reinvent itself and its "powers." Yoga has proven to help one relax - mind, body, spirit. Our minds, bodies, and spirits deserve deliberate calming and relaxation.
Set aside some time today to pull out a yoga mat and give yoga a shot! Disclaimer: we wouldn't suggest starting off yoga for the first time with a yoga pose like the one beautifully illustrated in this picture, but there are many, much easier, beginner poses that we're sure you can handle. Go for it!
